All Medical Marijuana Manufacturers are required to submit additional documentation along with their registration application. You will be able to access and upload the forms on your application or renewal.


Instructions for Using the Registration System

We have made some changes to the registration system that we hope will improve your user experience. To login to the new registration portal, you will still use the same email as your username. Once you login in, please complete the following steps:

  1.  Navigate to Portal (https://obnddc.us.thentiacloud.net/webs/obnddc)
  2.  Select "Forgot Password"
  3.  Check your email - the system will send you an email with an activation code to reset your password
  4.  Click on the email
  5.  Set up your security questions and proceed

If you did not receive an email with an activation code, then please complete the following steps:

  1.  Make sure you are using the correct email (this email address)
  2.  Check your junk/spam folder
  3.  Ensure you are on a secure network

Note: You do not need to create a new account to login to the registration system - just follow steps 1-5 above. If you do make a new account, then your registration may be delayed.  If you still have login issues, please email obnddregistration@obn.ok.gov - this is the quickest way to resolve any login issues. Thank you for your patience during this transition. 


Important Considerations

Every person who manufactures, distributes, dispenses, prescribes, administers or uses for scientific purposes any controlled dangerous substance within or into this state, or who proposes to engage in the manufacture, distribution, dispensing, prescribing, administering or use for scientific purposes of any controlled dangerous substance within or into this state shall obtain a registration issued by the Director of the Oklahoma State Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs Control, in accordance with rules promulgated by the Director (63 O.S. § 2-302).  You should familiarize yourself with the rules and regulations (Title 63 and OBN Administrative Rules in Title 475).

All registrations expire October 31st. New registrations approved prior to July 1st will expire October 31st of the same year. Registrations approved July 1st or after will expire the following year.
