The Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotic's (OBN) Director Donnie Anderson had a vision to have intelligence analysts available to assist law enforcement, 24/7 across the state and nationwide, with their cases that impact the state of Oklahoma.  The Oklahoma Watch Center was formed in 2023 and is located at the OBN Headquarters in Oklahoma City.
